  Hi Emma, It looks like you have created a small group for MDWA - you can use this as a place to post messages to each other that only the three of you can see depending on the privacy settings of your group.

  Sorry for the delay on following up. Palliative Care is a subcategory of Wellness. I created a new subcategory called Mental Health. Now I know how to add them if there's any you'd like to see, let me know.
